Fake News
A chair missing a
leg, propped up with books. The titles are familiar: Flat Earth, the Clinton
body count, crisis actors, deep state. Each one a weight-bearing fiction,
load-bearing nonsense holding the whole structure upright. The installation
does not argue with these ideas. I shows what they do, how they function. What
they prop up and what collapses without them.
The chair holds, just, and the books do the work reason refused.

understand the piece.
